Challenge:
Pedalers Fork had 14K Instagram followers and was getting fewer than 20 likes per post. The audience was full of ghost followers built up over years — zero real engagement, zero reach. Facebook was similarly flat. The website had no paid traffic strategy and email marketing didn't exist.

Approach:
Made the call to restart the Instagram account from scratch rather than keep posting to a dead audience. Built a new content system — consistent shooting schedule, platform-specific formats, and a paid ads layer to accelerate real reach. Design all supporting creative in-house: menus, event flyers, email templates, and ad graphics. Manage the website on an ongoing basis, keeping menus, events, and promotions current. Launched email marketing from zero and built an event marketing cadence around live music nights, seasonal activations, and community programming.Outcome:
